About this website

Short and direct.

Mays Island Foundation Repair is published by Marketing Doctor LLC, a marketing company. We collect public facts about foundations, basements, water and permits in the Cedar Rapids area and put them on one site. We are not a contractor, we do not repair foundations, and nothing here is an offer, a quote or a bid.

The phone number and the request form lead to one independent company that works in this area. It decides whether it can take your job, and any agreement is between the two of you. Before you hire anyone, ask for their Iowa registration number, get the scope in writing and check with your city office about permits.

How we collect facts

Facts come from city and county pages, the Iowa Geological Survey, news reports and published cost guides. Each page lists sources and the date we read them. When sources disagreed, such as on Palo's street address, we said so instead of picking one.
